ALL TEAMS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY IN THIS TOURNAMENT
** NO EXCEPTIONS **
2. All teams MUST have a complete team photo uploaded to the tournament website. (use the link above to upload photo)
3. All teams MUST have a copy of a birth certificate OR a report card for ALL PLAYERS on the roster. These documents MUST be brought with you all of your games.
